<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Define here the spreadsheet and the cells to copy in order to include them in the <span class="T1">Lists</span> box. The selected range in the spreadsheet will be here the default.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Click this button to copy the contents of the cells from the <span class="T1">Copy list from</span> box. If you select a reference to related rows and columns, you will see the <help:link Id="66218"><span class="T1">Copy List</span></help:link> dialog after clicking the button. This dialog enables you to define if the reference should be rowwise or columnwise converted to sort lists.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Press this button enter the contents of a new list in the <span class="T1">Entries</span> box. </help:help-text>This button will change from <span class="T1">New</span> to <span class="T1">Discard</span>, which enables you to delete the new list.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Use this button to add a new list into the <span class="T1">Lists</span> box.</help:help-text> If you would like to edit this list in the <span class="T1">Entries</span> box, this button will change from <span class="T1">Add</span> to <span class="T1">Modify</span>, which enables you to include the new modified list.</p>
